Limassol Zalmi will lock horns with Everest in the 2nd Quarterfinal match of the ECS Cyprus T10 2023 at the Ypsonas Cricket Ground in Limassol on April 22. Limassol Zalmi played 10 matches in the league stage and won six. They finished the league stage in the second position in the standings of Group B. Everest, on the other hand, played 12 matches in the group stage, where they won and lost six matches each. They were placed in the third position in the rankings of Group B after finishing the group stage. 

Limassol Zalmi squared off against Nicosia XI Fighters CC in their last match, where Limassol Zalmi won the toss, and they chose to bat. Zalmi batters were on fire that day as they all scored heavily whenever they got a chance. The openers reached their respective fifties, and immense hitting from every batter meant they posted a monstrous total of 174 runs for the loss of four wickets. The total was too high to be chased down, and Fighters crumbled under the pressure of such a huge target. Fighters could only make 99 runs for the loss of five wickets after the end of the second innings, and hence, Limassol Zalmi won the match easily by 75 runs.

Everest played against Amdocs CC in their last encounter, where Amdocs CC won the toss and elected to bowl. Everest did not start well as they lost their first wicket inside the first over, but a good second-wicket partnership put them into the driving seat. They managed to post an above-average total of 95 runs for the loss of seven wickets after the end of the first innings. Similar to their counterparts, they did not start as well, but differently from them, they got slower later, resulting in them scoring 80 runs at the expense of four wickets. Amdocs CC won the match by 15 runs.
