Nepal (NEP) will be hosting Malaysia (MAL) in the first match of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2023 at Kirtipur's Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground on April 18. Malaysia beat Hong Kong A in their last OD match but finished third in the four-match tournament, Hong Kong OD Series, with just one win. The young batter Vijay Unni scored a century and one fifty from three innings in the series. In bowling, Muhammad Wafiq took six wickets from three innings and Unni picked three. Nepal have won all of their last five 50-over games against Malaysia and are clear favorites to win the upcoming game as well.
