The second semi-final of the ongoing Maharashtra Champions Trophy 2024 will feature Punit Balan Group (PBG) and Jets CC (JET) against each other. The game will be played at the Shinde High School Ground in Pune on October 28, at 2:00 PM (IST). It will be a do-or-die clash for both teams to secure a spot in the tournament’s summit clash.

PBG finished their campaign in the tournament’s league stage, with six wins and three defeats, alongside a ‘no-result’ game in their 10 games. Rushabh Rathod’s side is coming off a narrow 2-wicket win against Jain Irrigation (JAI) in their last league match. They will aim to win this game and confirm a spot in the tournament’s final.

Speaking of Dhiraj Phatangare’s Jets CC, they registered two consecutive defeats in the last two league matches against Ashtapailu Sports (APS) and Nok 99 Puneri Bappa (NOK). Before these losses, they had registered four consecutive wins. JET will also be eyeing winning this game and making it to the summit clash of the tournament.
