South Africa became the first team to make it to the Super-8 Stages of the T20 World Cup 2024 with their win against Bangladesh. Aiden Markram and his side have been efficient and professional in their approach so far this campaign. Nepal on the other hand have to win both their matches to keep their faint hopes alive.
The South Africans (SA) have enjoyed the bowling friendly conditions that were prevalent in New York so far. As they move to the Caribbean, they will encounter more friendly tracks where their pacers and also Keshav Maharaj’s spin will come into play.
Nepal (NEP) began the tournament with a loss to Netherland before their game against Sri Lanka got washed out. Bangladesh’s win over the Dutch has put pressure on Nepal to win both their matches left. Rohit Paudel’s side will also have a huge game against the Bangladeshis to try and make it to the Super-8’s.
