South Africa Women (SA-W) will be hosting New Zealand Women (NZ-W) in the seventh match of the Women's T20 World Cup 2023 at Paarl's Boland Park on Monday. South Africa suffered a shocking defeat against Sri Lanka in the opening clash. The bowlers did a good job to contain Sri Lanka to 129/4 while bowling first. But they managed to score just 126/9 with captain Sune Luss scoring 28 off 27.

New Zealand also started the World Cup campaign with a big loss against Australia in the last match. Australia posted a big total of 173/9 while batting first with Amelia Kerr taking three wickets. But White Ferns were bowled out on just 76 runs with Kerr top-scoring 21 runs. However they have lost only once in their last five T20I encounters against South Africa and are favorites to win this game.
