Blasters failed to have a good day on the field with the bat as all their batters struggled. A few of their batters got starts but failing to convert them, they only got 129 runs on the board. In an attempt to start aggressively, they lost two wickets early but had a steady partnership for the third wicket which lasted for 92 runs. With a fifty from Sachin Yadav, they easily cruised to win the game by seven wickets.
