Preview
Toyota TGS will lock horns with Centurions United in the 4th match of the KCC T10 Emerging League 2023 at the Sulaibiya Cricket Ground in Kuwait on September 18. Toyota TGS had last played in the KCC T10 Summer Challenge this year, where they could not perform to their expectations. They would be looking forward to starting this tournament on a good note and gaining early momentum. Centurions United would be playing their first game of the tournament with this match.
Toyota TGS had last played against Ecovert FM Asians at the same venue where TGS won the toss and elected to bowl. Ecovert FM Asians were slow and sloppy right from the start, as they lost their first wicket just at the score of four runs. Soon, they lost two more wickets without scoring much. It wasn’t until the sixth wicket partnership that they were able to score decently. Shiva Ananth and Muzammil Khalid provided an excellent partnership, due to which they were able to put up a total of 91 runs on the board. TGS had lost an early wicket as well, but they did not lose track and kept scoring aggressively. They won the match by six wickets with more than two overs to spare.
