Preview
West Indies will begin their T20 World Cup as the two time champions will be hosting the event for the second time ever. Up against them is Papua New Guinea who are making their presence felt in the cricketing world. While the challenge for PNG will be tough they will enjoy testing their mettle against one of the most dangerous sides in this format.
West Indies (WI) have won the T20 World Cup twice, and most of their players are in top form, having played in the IPL. Rovman Powell has been inspirational in recent times, and with Darren Sammy in the dugout, the West Indian side will be one of the most dangerous and early favorites for the tournament.
Papua New Guinea (PNG) has been making decent strides in the cricketing ladder and has an array of young talent who have been at their best. PNG will use this chance to test where they stand in the cricketing world and also create new heroes for the next generation to follow.
