West Indies will face Ireland in the 13th game of the Women's T20 World Cup 2023 on Friday (February 17) at the Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. These are the only teams in group B who have yet to win a single game so far. West Indies lost their opening game against England after posting a total of 135 runs on the board, which England chased down in just 14.3 overs with seven wickets in hand. Against India, West Indies batted first and managed to post 118 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. India won the game in 18.1 overs by six wickets.
Ireland were dismissed for 105 runs in 18.2 overs in the first game against England and lost by four wickets. In the second game, Pakistan posted a massive total of 165 runs for the loss of five wickets with the help of a century from Muneeba Ali. A total of seven Irish batters were dismissed for a single-digit score, and the team was bundled out for just 95 runs.
