Preview
Zimbabwe will lock horns with Ireland in the third match of The Ireland Tour of Zimbabwe at the Harare Sports Club in Harare on January 15. The series is poised very comfortably for a fantastic series decider. Ireland were on a losing spree, having lost three games in a row until their last match. Zimbabwe thrashed Ireland in the first T20I and had a brilliant start. Ireland kept their nerves and turned things around in the next game. In the last match, Ireland won the toss and chose to field. Zimbabwe were bowled out for 144, having put to bat first where their captain led the way being the highest scorer for their team. Ireland were off to a solid start owing to the performance of their openers, and Ross scored a brilliant 65 to pull Ireland back into the series. Dockrell showed signs of some sharp match finishing skills too. Graham Hume was the most successful bowler of the night, while Tector and Burl scalped two wickets each. Both teams would need to give their best in the next match to snatch the trophy away from each other. Ireland would like to continue with the newly gained winning momentum, while Zimbabwe would look forward to sealing another series on their soil.
