New Zealand is involved in a two-match Test series against England
Before the summit clash of the World Test Championship (WTC), the New Zealand cricket team will take on England in a two-match Test series. The first Test match between the two sides is already over and the match ended in a draw. New Zealand batsman Devon Conway announced to the world that he is a talent to watch out for and scored a classic double century on debut at the Lord’s Cricket ground in the first Test.
New Zealand has experienced a sensational run in Test match cricket in recent times. The Kiwis have not lost even one of their last 7 Test matches, and have won 6 of those as well. India too will enter the WTC final after thrashing the England side 3-1 at home. Before the series against England, Virat Kohli and his men beat the Australian side in a four-match Test series in the land of the kangaroos.
After the WTC final, India will be involved in a five-match Test series against England that will commence on 4th August 2021.
