South Africa has thus far dominated in the game. They batted decently in the first innings courtesy of Dean Elgar’s stupendous century. Thereafter Morne Morkel and Kagiso Rabada helped the Proteas bowl Australia out cheaply. Meanwhile, they also garnered a lead of 56 runs. The hosts continued their rich vein of form in the second innings as well and have managed to gather a substantial lead of 294 runs with five wickets remaining.
