Michael Vaughan equates the security situation in Bangladesh and India
The English cricket team soon sets out on a tour to two Asian nations Bangladesh and India. While there are no troubles or double thoughts whatsoever for the Indian tour; limited overs skipper Eoin Morgan and opener Alex Hales have pulled out of the Bangladesh tour. While Test captain Alastair Cook has made it clear that he is ready to travel Morgan’s denial definitely would not go down well among the fans and experts.
Commenting on the issues, England team director Andrew Strauss said, “Whilst we understand and respect Eoin and Alex’s decision, we are disappointed that they have made themselves unavailable for selection for the Bangladesh tour,”
Amidst all that former England skipper Michael Vaughan decided to tweet and express that if players have issues touring Bangladesh they should also pull out of the tour of India since the situation in the neighboring countries is pretty similar and stands as an equal risk.
He tweeted – ‘I would Presume if anyone does pull out of the Bangladesh tour they would pull out of the India trip as well .Both are at a similar risk ???’

Kevin Pietersen also a former skipper and the man in exile also had a say in the issue. He was the captain of the team that flew back home after terrorist attacks in Mumbai on 26 November 2009 but showed a lot of character to return with a full strength squad to complete the tour. He decided to suggest Morgan that the World T20 is a lot more fun in comparison to the other international matches anyway and wouldn’t really make a difference as he drops the tour (definitely in a sarcastic manner).
KP tweeted – ‘It’s ok @Eoin16, the world T20 tour is a lot more fun than international cricket anyway!’
