Mohammad Kaif calls for Yuvraj Singh’s help
Former Indian player Mohammad Kaif is one of the cricketers who came into limelight through his performances for India’s Under-19s as he captained the side, which also included Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
Recently, Kaif came across an interesting mathematical question in which his name along with Yuvraj’s name was mentioned in the question.
“Yuvraj hits the ball and runs towards the non-striker’s end. At the same time, Kaif starts running towards the striking end. After crossing each other, Yuvraj takes 3.2 secs while Kaif takes 1.8 secs to reach the other ends. Find the ratio of their speeds and the time taken by them cross each other from the moment they started running,” the question reads.
Kaif shared the question on the microblogging site Twitter and sought the help of his friend Yuvraj in solving the puzzle.

Mohammad Kaif had the high notes of his career during the 2002 NatWest series in England adding a magnificent unbeaten 87 against England in the final, as India successfully chased 326 for victory – one of the historic wins for India and the Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly took his shirt off at the Lords.
Kaif was once considered to be the Indian skipper, but he struggled at times to kick on after that and went on to have a fairly quiet World Cup. However, he along with Yuvraj were the best fielders in the Indian side and were quite quick between the stumps. Currently, Kaif is working with Chhattisgarh Ranji team, while Yuvraj is leading his Duleep Trophy team India Red.
However, Indian dashing all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is yet to reply to Mohammad Kaif’s question. Here are some of the best replies that Kaif has got.
