Mohammed Shami wanted to marry a Bollywood actress, says wife Hasin Jahan

Ace Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami has landed himself in a plethora of problems. Earlier, Hasan Jahan, Shami’s wife had leaked Shami’s conversations with other women accusing him of cheating on her by having multiple affairs. In the past, the pacer has been involved in twitter banters and is currently not having a good time on the field but the current issue seems to be the biggest of the lot.

Jahan, who was a model in Kolkata and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) cheerleader, married Shami in 2014. After four years of marriage, Jahan has accused Shami of having extramarital affairs. She also added that Shami wanted to marry a Bollywood celebrity just like the Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Jahan had given up her modeling career for the sake of Shami who thinks that he had made a mistake by marrying her.

Jahan speaks of divorce and torture

“In the last two years, Shami started giving me mental and physical torture in every possible manner. I gave up on my modeling career and job after getting married to Shami. Just like Virat Kohli, Shami wants to get married to a Bollywood actress. He thinks he made a big mistake by taking the decision of marrying me hastily.” Jahan told in an interview with India TV.

The cricketer has also been accused of plotting to kill her. “Shami repeatedly keeps on asking me for divorce. Shami wanted to take his Pakistani girlfriend on Sri Lanka tour in 2017 instead of me. Shami told his brother in UP to kill me and bury my body in some jungle. Shami never wanted to attend any party with me and never acknowledge me as his wife in any social gatherings,” she added.

Even though the couple has been married for just four years, Shami is said to have been involved in an affair for the last five years. Shami has denied all the accusations against him and has termed them baseless.

This situation has created further problems for Shami as the BCCI did not award him a central contract because of domestic troubles. The news has shocked the cricketing fraternity and fans may have to wait to find out the outcome of the scenario.
