New Zealand opener Martin Guptill is at the second spot in the list of the highest run-scorers in T20Is. He has amassed 2939 runs in 98 innings at an average of 32.29 and a strike rate of 136.82. Guptill has slammed two hundreds and 17 half-centuries in his T20I career. He also holds the record for hitting most sixes in the shortest format of the game.

Indian captain Virat Kohli is the leading run-scorer in T20I cricket at the moment. He became the first player to complete 3000 runs in the format with a magnificent knock against England in 2021. Overall, he has accumulated 3159 T20I runs in 84 innings at an incredible average of 52.65 and a strike rate of 139.04. He has also hit the most fifties (28) in the T20I history with a high score of 94* against West Indies.
