MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi attend the special screening of Salman Khan's Race 3

There’s been a special connection always between the Bollywood actors and the cricketers. While the news of Divas dating the sportspersons is not new these days, even the top actors are seen mingling with the players of the Indian team and praise them now and then on social media. Similarly, MS Dhoni and Salman Khan share a good rapport as the latter invited him for a special screening of his new movie Race 3 which hit the theatres earlier this week.

MS Dhoni was recently in Mumbai for the award show of BCCI and then was also spotted with his wife Sakshi Dhoni at the Bandra residence of Salman Khan for a dinner. The actor with the highest fan following in the Bollywood arena had arranged a special screening of his much-awaited movie Race which is the third instalment of the series and Dhoni along with his wife gleefully accepted the invitation.

Salman Khan, the superstar, is undoubtedly the leading actor in Race 3 which is directed by Remo D’Souza and is a multi-starrer flick. No wonder the film is doing well at the Box Office and had garnered a lot of attention before the release itself. While the picture of MS Dhoni and Sakshi attending the special screening had gone viral, now the fans are gushing over the video.

While the former Indian captain sported a casual look wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans his wife Sakshi was looking beautiful in an orange sheath dress. The relation between Salman and Dhoni is known to everyone as the former had showered praises on Dhoni saying that his father believes that he is a cool captain and termed him as the gentleman of the game in his famous show ‘Dus Ka Dum.’

What next for Dhoni?

MS Dhoni is now gearing up for the upcoming tour of the United Kingdom which will commence on June 27 with a two-match T20I series against Ireland. India will then face England in 3 T20 Internationals and the same number of ODIs. Dhoni is supposed to play a crucial role for the team as the World Cup will be played in the same country next year.
