MS Dhoni displays his love for Indian Army; drives military model Nissan Jonga on Ranchi roads

MS Dhoni has been a reason behind the smiles of Indian cricket fans for more than a decade. He has entered a phase of his life where his retirement from cricket is not very far. In his off time from cricket, Dhoni likes to spend his major time with family, and his so-called toys (Cars and Bikes).

The former Indian skipper had taken a decision to stay away from cricket for some time. There is no update about his comeback or when he will be available for Team India‘s selection. He also ruled himself out from the selection ahead of the South Africa T20I series.

MS Dhoni roamed in Ranchi during the third Test

MS Dhoni’s love for the Indian Army is nowhere hidden from anyone. Veteran gloveman was recently spotted in a brand new Military Model Nissan Jonga in Ranchi on Sunday. He got recognized by the fans when he halted for the refilling of the fuel tank at a petrol station. There are reports that he bought that car from Punjab and taken a NOC for this model. This model came in 2016 and was used by the Indian Army. The name given to this gypsey is an acronym for Jabalpur Ordnance and Guncarriage

As per reports, Dhoni was invited by JSCA official to attend the final Test between South Africa and India which is currently being played in Ranchi. Instead of watching the match, Indian gloveman roamed in his town driving his “Green beast”.

38-year-old played his last match against New Zealand during the semi-final of World Cup 2019. He played brilliantly in that match before Martin Guptill ran him out by jolting a rocket throw towards the stumps in his quest to send Dhoni back to the pavilion.

After he returned from the mega-event, Indian gloveman served in the Indian Army at Jammu and Kashmir. Indian wicketkeeper is regarded as one of the best skippers that Indian soil has ever produced. Under his captaincy, India picked the 2007 T20 World Cup, followed by the 2011 World Cup and 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.
