Khan, who is one of the pioneers of the rise of Afghanistan cricket, holds the record of being the fastest to scalp 100 One-day International wickets besides also being the No.1 ranked Twenty20 International bowler in the world. Rashid has troubled some of the best batsmen in the world with his guile and craft and has been the most sought-after bowler in franchise cricket around the world.

The teenage leg-spinning sensation made his Indian Premier League for the Sunrisers Hyderabad- in the 2017 edition and in the past three years has claimed a plethora of crucial wickets for his side. So, who are the most memorable wickets for the multi-talented leg-spinner himself? Rashid recently engaged himself in a question-answer session on Instagram where he answered a whole host of questions of his fans. When asked about the most memorable scalps for the magician, Rashid Khan instantly alluded to Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni.

Rashid has, on a plethora of occasions, confessed about his admiration for the former Indian captain, MS Dhoni. Apart from his out worldly wicketkeeping skills and his finishing prowess, Dhoni’s ability to stay calm in the direst of the situation is something that has always been widely admired by fans as well as the cricketing fraternity. And, so it wasn’t really a surprise when the leg-spinner was quick to express his admiration for Dhoni when a fan asked him to say something about Captain Cool.

On being asked by a fan to say something about Dhoni, Rashid Khan said hailed the former Indian captain, not only for his skills but also for his personality. Rashid wrote, “Cool calm finisher and most importantly great personality @mahi7781.”
