MS Dhoni posts an image of Ranveer Singh and his daughter Ziva with identical glasses

Ever since the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 was concluded, MS Dhoni hasn’t been part of any sort of cricketing action. It’s been more than 3 months since the former Indian skipper was active on the cricket field and is likely to be unavailable for the upcoming Bangladesh series as well. There have also been certain speculations of his retirement, however, according to the reports, Dhoni has extended his leave purposely, so that the Indian team management can groom Rishabh Pant for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
In the meantime, the 38-year-old occasionally keeps giving updates about his personal endeavours. During the month of August, he was engaged in a stint with the Indian Army which lasted a fortnight. A couple of weeks ago, the veteran cricketer also posted a video on Instagram, wherein, he was seen playing cricket along with his school friends.
While the whole country is waiting for the announcement of his retirement, MS Dhoni, on the other hand, took on his Instagram account once again and posted a hilarious post on Monday. The ace batsman posted a collage which consisted of a photograph of his daughter Ziva & Bollywood celebrity Ranveer Singh’s picture from a recent photoshoot. This post by Dhoni has got quite a lot of interactions in a very short period of time.

A couple of days ago, Ranveer Singh had posted a few photographs of himself, wherein, he was seen taking the Charlie Chaplin-look and donned a very strange pair of glasses. Like always, the 34-year-old’s post again got mixed reactions and he was trolled brutally by the fans. The former Indian captain MS Dhoni also did nothing different and made a chance to extract content for his Instagram post.
The Jharkhand-born-cricketer wrote on his official handle that his Daughter Ziva, who also has a similar pair of glasses, was surprised to see Ranveer’s pair of lenses and thought that it belonged to her. MS also wrote that he was quite befuddled to see Ziva’s behavior, as he himself, at that age, wasn’t mature enough, to identify his own spectacles.
“Ziva was like why is he wearing my glasses then she goes upstairs to find hers and finally says my glasses r with me only.kids r different these days.at four and a half I won’t have even registered that I have similar sunglasses.next time she meets Ranveer I am sure she will say I have the same glasses as urs” the veteran cricketer wrote on his handle.”
