MS Dhoni's die-hard fan walks 1436 Km to catch a glimpse of his hero
The arrangements of the fan's stay were well made by Dhoni only inside his farmhouse.
Former legendary skipper MS Dhoni’s fan following is probably bigger than any sportsperson in India where fans have gone to any extent in the past to catch a glimpse of their hero. Adding to the same line, there came up another incident that took the internet by storm and made all aware of Dhoni’s insane following.
A fan from Haryana named Ajay Gill walked 1436 Kms to reach Ranchi and catch a glimpse of his hero MS Dhoni. It has to be noted that it is the second incident of Gill walking on foot to see the Ranchi stalwart in the last three months. The last time he came to Ranchi, it took him 16 days while this time, he completed his journey in 18 days.
It was also reported that not only Mahi met his ardent fan but also invited him inside his farmhouse and gave him an autograph. The arrangements of Ajay’s stay were well made by Dhoni only inside his farmhouse. The CSK skipper made sure that his fan reached his home all well and arranged the flight tickets of Haryana for Gill.

Talking about the conversation that took between the two, Gill told MS that he wishes to represent India one day and that he had been playing in his hometown. However, the young boy stopped playing cricket post-Dhoni’s international retirement in August 2020. However, he stated that he would like to begin playing cricket once again after taking the blessings of his hero.
The former skipper blessed him and clicked a selfie with him which is already doing rounds on the internet. Ajay has cleared his class 12th examination and works as a barber in his city but wishes to represent India one day in the future.
Talking of MS Dhoni on the professional front, he led his IPL franchise CSK to the fourth title during IPL 2021 and his tactical brilliance was applauded by all around the world. Later, he was seen with Team India as a mentor during their tenure in T20 WC 2021.
