'My son is not that old' - MS Dhoni's mother reacts to her son's latest white beard look
Dhoni's white beard has stunned many fans on social media.
Amid lockdown in India, each and every cricketer is spending their time in their respective houses while in quarantine. At the moment the majority of the players are passing their time on social media platforms by interacting with the fans. Meanwhile, MS Dhoni, the former Indian skipper has opted to pass his time with his daughter Ziva and better half Sakshi away from every type of social media interaction.
Recently, Dhoni’s wife shared a clip on a social media platform Instagram in which Dhoni can be spotted with a thick white beard. And, it looked like the 38-year-old is also facing problems like others as he isn’t getting the services of a salon. After Sakshi shared that white-beard look of MS Dhoni on social media, the fans came out with many reactions that the former World Cup winner is getting old. Now, the mother of the star player has said that her son is not that old.

It is a well-known fact that Dhoni has not played a single competitive game since the 2019 World Cup. He was all set to play for CSK in IPL 2020. But, BCCI postponed the tournament amid COVID-19 pandemic. Now, there is a strong debate going on in the media that whether he will make his comeback in Team India ahead of the T20 World Cup or he will announce his retirement without playing any further game for Men in Blue.
After the Indian government announced lockdown in the country, the 38-year-old traveled back to Ranchi and since then he is enjoying family time at his farmhouse. Recently in an interaction, Dhoni’s mother said that she saw the new look of her son with a white beard. She added that no child is old for her mother. She also stated that Dhoni is the right person to take a call on his future in international cricket.
“Yes, I have seen his new look but he’s not that old. No child is ever old for any mother. I am not sure about his playing the T20 World Cup. Let the coronavirus be over first. He knows it best when to take a call,” MS Dhoni’s mother said as quoted by bdcrictime.
