Kagiso Rabada is a potential wicket-taking bowler and South Africa’s best at the moment, considering Steyn’s absence in the International arena.  He has a career T20 economy rate of 7.49 from 30 matches and his powerplay economy rate is even better than his overall economy rate. He is most effective in overs 1-6 as he has taken 16 wickets at an average of 28.81. His base price of 1 Cr fetched him 5 Cr in totality as Delhi Daredevils won the bidding war.

He has had an exciting year as he picked 15 wickets against Australia and 19 against Sri Lanka in the Tests. His good form continued in the shorter format as well. This is for the very first time the South African will feature in the IPL. With efficient Indian bowlers in the squad, you can expect Kagiso Rabada to lead the pack.
