New Zealand vs India, 2019: 3rd ODI – Statistical Preview
All the key stats and numbers ahead of the do-or-die game for the hosts in Mount Maunganui.
India continued their domination over New Zealand who were fresh of a World Record 3-match ODI series against Sri Lanka at home. After bundling out the Kiwis to just 157 in the first ODI, India registered their biggest ODI win in New Zealand despite a mediocre batting performance in the second half. The tactic of India to play both the wrist spinners worked for them big time. The spinners bagged as many as 14 wickets including a couple by Kedar Jadhav, the 6th bowling option.
