Twitterati went crazy, throughout the IPL finals with the match swinging towards both the sides.
The tenth edition of Indian’s premier Twenty20 competition had a grand ending with Mumbai Indians scrapping home with just one run extra on the board. For the Rising Pune Supergiant, it was a disappointment after they had defeated the same opposition thrice before the final summit.
On the day of the IPL finals after losing the toss, the Supergiant was put to bowl which was against the trend of chasing. Mumbai ended up with a total of 129, in their stipulated 20 overs, which was deemed low on this wicket by the pundits. But Mumbai Indians proved that they had the ammunition in their bowling department to win the match with some tight bowling and some handy field placements.
