Parthiv Patel trolls Yuvraj Singh over Ranji qualification
Previously, Yuvraj tried to troll Parthiv.
Parthiv Patel, the Indian wicketkeeper, was a part of India’s squad for the four-match Test series against Australia. However, he had the privilege to captain Gujarat in the quarterfinal of the ongoing Ranji Trophy against Kerala at the Krishnagiri Stadium in Kerala. The hosts eventually won the match by 113 runs. Patel scored 43 in the first innings, but got out for a golden duck in the second innings.
Gujarat, the winners of the 2017-18 Ranji Champions, would be disappointed to not progress further in the knockout stages after finishing third in the points table of Elite Group A. In the group stage, Gujarat finished with 26 points after three victories from eight matches and drawing five encounters. Quite expectantly, he was happy prior to the match and was looking forward to the quarterfinal.
He took to Instagram to upload a picture where he was seen heading to Kerala for the all-important encounter. Moreover, he captioned the picture and wrote, “Back to Gujarat for Ranji trophy knockouts…off to Wayanad (Kerala)…”

In the meantime, Yuvraj Singh, who played for Punjab, tried to troll Parthiv, saying that he was looking for some strong appeals from Parthiv from behind the stumps. Tagging Axar Patel, Patel’s teammate, Yuvraj wrote, “@akshar.patel he’s ready for some big shouts when batsman has not nicked it,”
Parthiv didn’t die wondering and he trolled Yuvraj back, saying that Punjab were knocked off before the knockouts. He replied and wrote, “@youviofficial can’t wait.. would have love to shout when you are batting.. oh wait Punjab didn’t go thru to knockouts.. isn’t it?,” Punjab could only win two of their eight matches and ended with 23 points.
Then Axar Patel also joined the conversation and ended it with a hilarious emoticon, He wrote, “@yuviofficial mouth-shut emoji.”
