Former India cricketer Suresh Raina was trending on social media on Tuesday morning after being arrested by Mumbai Police along with 33 others. They were booked for flouting COVID norms at a Mumbai Dragonfly Club near Airport. Some notable names like Guru Randhawa, Sussane Khan and seven staff members of the Club were among arrested.
Mumbai Police conducted a raid around 3 AM at the club situated in Hotel JW Marriot in Andheri for keeping it open beyond the permissible limits. After taking the action on some top names in mid-night, Mumbai Police came up with a hilarious tweet on Tuesday afternoon reminding everyone of the new normal. They used a lyrics of one of the songs stating that there is no permission to party till 6 AM.
“Party (Nahin) Chalegi Till Six In The Morning! A raid was conducted at a nightclub in Andheri at around 3 am, for flouting COVID prevention norms Action has been initiated against 34 people, out of which 19 were from Delhi & Punjab, including some celebrities #NewNormal,” the tweet read.

Reports had surfaced that all is not well between him and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) management and it remains to be seen if he plays for the franchise again.
