Australia fast bowler Pat Cummins and his fiancée Becky Boston have bought a beautiful home in Sydney for $9.5 million. Some valuable sources have confirmed that the Australian vice-captain and his partner have spent a massive amount for a wonderfully revived Victorian manor home in Bronte, which is a beachside suburb in Sydney, New South Wales.
The 27-year-old star cricketer already owns two properties but this one property is stated to have been registered under the couple’s name. Cummins is reported to get married to Boston soon, who is an interior designer. Their home has been listed as ‘Figtree House’ and has been described as ‘grand dame of Chesterfield Parade.’
According to the reports posted on Daily Mail UK, the home which is situated on a 670 sqm block is very spacious and will have plenty of space if and when the couple decides to have a family down the years. The home has a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. It has five huge bedrooms, which include a lofty top-floor retreat and a two-bedroom wing set-up for children.
This is Pat Cummins’ third property in Sydney
The house also has dedicated rooms for entertainment purposes along with a stylish kitchen with a marble island bench. There is a heated mosaic-tiled pool within the large lawn. The no.1 Test bowler had gone down on his knee to propose Becky Boston during the picnic date they planned.
The couple has been together for a long time. They had lived on a sprawling estate in the Southern Highlands for much of 2020. They had kept themselves isolated there during the initial phase of COVID-19 in Australia. Since then, things have been in control down under. The Australian pacer was named the captain of the New South Wales team as well. There have been several reports of him being the future captain of the Australian team.
This is the third property that Pat Cummins has bought. He had previously bought an investment cottage in 2019 for a whopping $906,000. Before that, he had also bought a three-bedroom apartment in Clovelly near the bay area in Sydney in 2013. That place had cost the pacer something around $1.3 million.
