MI vs PBKS Head to Head Record in IPL History

The Punjab Kings team had appointed Shikhar Dhawan as their new skipper from 2023 edition. They would be hoping for a change in fortunes as well this season.  Rohit Sharma has scored the most runs (602) in the  games played between MI and PBKS in the IPL. He is followed by Kieron Pollard (539) and Shaun Marsh (526).  In the bowling department, Jasprit Bumrah has the most wickets with 23, just ahead of Lasith Malinga(220 and Harbhajan Singh (16).

Mumbai vs Punjab in Last Seasons:

The teams last met in Match No. 33 of IPL held at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur. MI batted first and Ishan Kishan fell early, but Suryakumar Yadav's 78 was supported by thirties from Rohit Sharma and Tilak Varma before a brilliant death overs spell from Harshal Patel put the brakes on MI and restricted them to 192. Punjab Kings couldn't have asked for a worse start as they succumbed to 14/4 even before three overs of the innings were completed, and the situation did not look like it was getting better until Shashank Singh joined forces with Ashutosh Sharma. The latter's 61 off just 28 balls felt like it did the job for Punjab Kings when he fell with 25 runs needed off the last three overs, but the lack of recognized batsmen left PBKS wanting as they suffered a narrow 8-run loss.
