Pakistan won the second T20 International against Australia by just 11 runs and sealed the three-match series. Glenn Maxwell played a thrilling knock of 52 runs and scared to gun down the total single-handedly but his wicket in the final over ended the glimmer of hope for the visitors. Pakistan pocketed the most mocked trophy recently even as the ICC also didn’t leave the chance of trolling. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) official Twitter handle came up with a perfect response soon after the victory.
Ever since the trophy for the T20I series is unveiled, social media is hilariously trolling it. The biscuit company has sponsored the contest between Australia and Pakistan and trophy was actually a unique one. But it became a meme material in no time on social media. To add to everyone’s fun, even ICC’s Twitter handle took a cheeky dig over the same and mocked it.
“You vs the trophy she told you not to worry about,” ICC tweeted as it left everyone in splits. They also posted a picture of Virat Kohli and Sarfraz holding the glittering Champions Trophy and compared it with the biscuit trophy.

PCB’s hilarious reply
The things went down the wire in the game courtesy of Maxwell and Nathan Coulter-Nile who added more than 50 runs for the seventh wicket in five overs. With 22 runs needed in the final over, it was anybody’s game. But the 18-year-old Shaheen Afridi kept his cool and didn’t concede more than 10 to win the series for the Men in Green.
It seems that the PCB was waiting eagerly for Pakistan to win the series, as its Twitter handle responded with a hilarious message to ICC’s mocking soon after the victory on Friday. “Dear @ICC Who cares? Both are ours! #PAKvAUS #NumberOneT20ITeam,” the tweet read as the cricket followers on social media were once again busy having fun over the matter.
