His skillful batting at the top makes him a crucial player in the format. He has played for 9 teams in the format including for IPL and English County teams. Azhar Mahmood – 25: Azhar Mahmood has won 25 man of the match awards in T20s. He has played for 9 teams in the format including for IPL, BPL, BBL and New Zealand domestic teams. 1. Chris Gayle – 44: Chris Gayle tops the list of man of the match awards in T20s with 44 awards. He is one of the biggest names in this format as he holds most of the batting records in T20s. He has played for more than 15 teams all over the world.
