<p>If he performs well in the series with his un-orthodox action, he can put his name into India’s T20 World Cup team. He would want to prove to everyone that he is here to stay, that he will become India’s best limited overs seamer. This tournament would be his chance to do all of it.</p>

<p>Some cricketers like Nehra can just turn their team around with their mere presence and experience and these cricketers turn out to be game changers. Who can forget the change in fortunes for CSK in the previous IPL after his arrival in to form as Nehra would like to change Indian team’s fortune as well by putting performances being a senior member of the team.</p>

<p>After losing the ODI series by 4-1, India would not like to repeat the same story in T20I series against Australia as some T20 specialists like Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh has come into Indian side to make a strong case to win this series because the road to the 2016 T20 World Cup will begin with the start of this T20 series. The last time India played a T20I series against South Africa at home and lost by 2-0 as they disappointed their fans but with the change in year, MS Dhoni would certainly like to change India’s fortune in T20 format by winning this series and for that first match of the series will be very important and that will decide India’s chances of series win over Australia.</p>

<p>After smashing Australian bowlers in the recently concluded ODI series, Rohit Sharma will now aim to continue his form as we saw two sides of Rohit Sharma in his ODI career till now from being impeccable to rowdy, now he would like to be rowdy in T20I certainly and with other players struggling lower down the order along with some new players’ arrival, it is important for Rohit Sharma to give India a good start in first six overs to put India in a winning position or to help India to get to a respectable total if India is batting first.</p>
<p>As far as the numbers are concerned in T20I for Rohit Sharma, he has scored 867 runs in 44 T20I matches as he would like to reach to 1000 runs in this format and apart from this, his strike rate of 128.25 in T2oI matches is increasing his attribution as a T20I player of India.</p>

<p>A man who has not performed well in the home series against South Africa, responded to his critics by scoring 287 runs in 5 ODI matches but this is a different format altogether and as his numbers in T20I matches so far in his career certainly shows that he has not yet made his mark in T20I matches provided his strike rate is just about 103 in eight T20I matches that he has played for India without any fifty plus scores.</p>
<p>It is because of his one day form, he will make his case but if he will not perform well in this series against Australia then selectors may try other openers but with his bravura he has always given better answers to his critics as ‘Gabbar’ fans will expect that he will play like ‘Gabbar’ and help India to win the series.</p>

<p>Suresh Raina will try to stamp his authorities once again in Indian team as he will bat at no.3 as he told earlier in his comeback match in a blue jersey. This series can be make or break for Suresh Raina. If he will perform then he can break the shackles and make a comeback in to ODI team otherwise players like Manish Pandey and Shreyas Iyer are ready to replace him.</p>
<p>This is the format which Suresh Raina likes most and being an experienced member of the team, he would like to play long innings as he has done so many times for his IPL team named Chennai Super Kings in his IPL career as his T20I strike rate of 134.47, shows that his addition into T20 side will certainly help India to win the series provided he has to play well.</p>

<p>Only man with forty plus average in all three formats of the game among Indians named Virat Kohli would like to continue his amazing run that he had enjoyed in ODI series as he will lead Indian middle order and try to bat through if possible provide Yuvraj Singh is making his comeback and MS Dhoni is not in his best of form right now, so India will once again heavily depended on him to win the series.</p>
<p>With plenty of runs in his bag and ample experience of playing in the IPL, Kohli would be raring to go in the T20 World Cup by winning this series. He has scored 1016 runs in 30 T20I matches with a strike-rate of 132.63.</p>

<p>After scoring consistently in Vijay Hazare trophy, Yuvraj Singh will make his comeback into the Indian team and will want to give his best shot to cement his place into India’s T20I side. Being a spin-bowling all-rounder, Yuvraj brings in much needed variation into the team and can contribute a few decent overs in the middle. This would enable the captain to use a genuine spinner who can be extremely crucial on certain Australian tracks like Adelaide.</p>

<p>A match winner and India’s most successful captain named MS Dhoni is not in his best of form and would like to make his mark in upcoming format by playing some cameos down the order and it is important for him as a batsman to contribute as he has not scored a single fifty in T20I matches till this day.</p>
<p>He has scored 874 runs from 52 T20I matches with a highest score of 48* which he would like to increase along with his strike rate which is just of 116.53 in T20I matches. <p>A young all-rounder from Baroda will make it to Indian eleven straight away because of his hard-hitting abilities and playing a part as a third spinner in a line up who needs a batting all-rounder who can bowl seam bowling and Pandya seems to be fitting in that role.</p>
<p>He has some performances under his belt to make a case in eleven as he has scored heavy runs in Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy and helped Baroda to make it to the Final and with Irfan Pathan is knocking on the doors of Indian cricket team, he would like to seal an all-rounder spot by performing well in upcoming series against Australia.</p>

However, he has not performed up to his standards in ODI format as he would like to take this as another opportunity to cement his place in Indian shorter version’s side.</p>
