'Proud that we belong to same family' - Actor Aditi Vinayak Dravid's post for Rahul Dravid's birthday leaves internet curious

The Indian head coach and one of the greats of the game, Rahul Dravid celebrated his 49th birthday on January 11, 2022, and a post from the popular actor Aditi Vinayak Dravid had left the social media to ponder. Aditi Vinayak shared a childhood picture in which she was seen posing with the former Indian captain and her caption was very interesting as well. Dravid has been loved all over the country for his humbleness and his calm approach to the game and the wishes for his birthday poured in numbers as expected.

However, the post from Aditi excited many fans as they were very curious about the relationship of the legend with the actor. The Marathi actress is currently seen playing the role of Nandini in the popular show Sundara Mana Madhya Bharti. She had also played interesting characters including the role of Shanaya’s girlfriend Isha in the Zee Marathi’s show Majhya Navryachi Bayko.

Aditi on her Instagram post for Rahul’s birthday had made an interesting caption of the love for her surname and was delighted to be part of Dravid’s family. It has been understood that Aditi is the niece of Dravid who has two sons Samit and Anvay. She also was happy to dedicate a huge amount of respect for one of India’s best batters ever.

“Happy birthday @rahuldravidofficial I am so proud that we belong to the same family. Also, I love our surname so much, I ain’t changing it EVER. Prem and Respect for a lifetime!” Aditi’s caption read on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Dravid had just recently taken up the role of Indian head coach from the previous New Zealand Test series and he is currently in South Africa for the three-match Test series. The former Indian captain has scored more than 24,000 runs in international cricket and holds numerous records in the game. No wonder, Aditi is happy to be part of the family which comprises one of the best examples of a gentleman.
