Since its inception lately, cricket has often seen as a sport which involves some high-pressure situations in the intense battles on the field. While in these tensing bearings, some players are often seen letting out their inner emotions in an inappropriate manner, which have also resulted in a number of aggressive incidents on the cricket field over the years.
Also, this contentious nature has mostly been observed majorly in the modern generation of cricketers in a larger capacity than compared to the previous cricketing generations. One such ugly incident occurred during the 26th match of the third edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), between Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Qalandars, as the scenes got awful between Qalandars fast bowler Sohail Khan and leg-spinner Yasir Shah.
Both Sohail and Yasir have often together played for the Pakistan team, where they have shared the same dressing room during their national career so far. During this game, their team the Qalandars posted a massive total of 186-4 after being asked to bat first by the opposition. Opener Fakhar Zaman played a remarkable knock of 94 runs to power the innings for his team.
A heated argument between Sohail and Yasir during the second innings
The Gladiators lost the momentum in the important run chase as they lost three of their top order overseas star players within the first ten overs, reducing them to 75-4 after 10 overs. The chase then looked like a heavy task to achieve for the rest of team as the required run-rate was constantly climbing. But the things got messy during the 19th over of the game, when the Gladiators needed 30 runs off 9 balls. Sohail Khan was bowling the penultimate over wanted some adjustments in the field in accordance with his bowling areas.
While placing the fielders, a very bizarre incident took place in which Yasir Shah who was fielding in the deep point region probably failed to notice the constant voice of Khan who wanted the leggie to shift his position. After the ignorance, Sohail then got restless with this as Yasir wasn’t moving from his position. In the process of venting his anger out, Sohail threw the ball at Yasir. The situation then boiled up to the horrific level, as Yasir also threw the ball at Sohail to reveal his annoyance on the matter.
Here’s what exactly happened

Furthermore, things heated up more when these two players started exchanging words with each other. The Qalandars skipper Brendon McCullum had to intervene before this got uglier. He was spotted calming them down and bringing things back to normal.
Here is what Twitter had to say
First time I've ever seen that:
The bowler Sohail Khan has thrown the ball in anger at his team mate Yasir Shah who was fielding on the boundary
Yasir Shah then threw the ball back in anger at Sohail Khan
Both shouted at each other with McCullum having to calm them down#PSL2018— Saj Sadiq (@Saj_PakPassion) March 14, 2018
Sohail Khan vs Yasir Shah was the wildest scene ever experienced in this PSL season ??? #LQvQG

It's a bowler's fault for throwing the ball in the heat of moment. He should have complained to the captain if Yasir wasn't listening. Don't blame Yasir. I think he should be Captain.
