Despite taking up the role of New Zealand‘s fielding coach, Luke Ronchi proved that he has not aged at all and he can still represent his nation at the international level if needed. Ronchi was a part of the Islamabad United squad in PSL 2020 which failed to make it to the semifinals.

However, the Kiwi player finished in the top 5 of the highest run-scorers’ list with 266 runs in 8 innings. Ronchi had a brilliant strike rate of 156.47 while the right-handed batsman recorded two half-tons.

Ronchi even hit 31 fours and 9 sixes in the league stage. Thus, these were the top 5 international performers of the first round of Pakistan Super League 2020.
