All the franchises expressed their love towards cricket on Valentine's Day.
Valentine’s Day provides an opportunity for one to express his/her love for the other. The whole world celebrated the day on Thursday and spread the love by wishing everyone. Even the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises weren’t behind in this prospect. They too came up with some wonderful tweets on their official handle which is being loved by the fans.
The Rajasthan Royals started it all on the day, They posted an adorable picture of Ajinkya Rahane with MS Dhoni of 2018 when the Royals decided to play in Pink to support a cause. There is a certain connection between these two franchises as they played the final of the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) back in 2008. Unfortunately, these were the two banned franchises as well as they were at the receiving end of the spot-fixing scandal in 2013.

It has a massive fan following and no wonder the team loves to play at the Eden Gardens which is one of the biggest Stadiums around the World. The official Twitter handle of KKR smartly used this connection to make their fans feel happy ahead of the season calling the relationship between the team and the Eden Gardens as ‘bae’.
