4) Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma is nicknamed “Hitman” for a reason. If there’s one batter who could score a double hundred in a T20I then it would have to be Rohit Sharma. India vice-captain in the shortest formats of the game is one of the most destructive T20I batsmen.
The Hitman has scored the most number of centuries in the shortest format of the game. This includes the fastest T20I hundred (Tied with David Miller) when he took just 35 balls to get a 100 against Sri Lanka in 2017. Overall, he has scored 3853 runs in the 140 T20I innings in which he has played so far.
He has an average and strike rate of 31.32 and 139.24 respectively. The Mumbai Indians skipper has been at his best whenever he has opened the innings for India. It will be exciting to watch him play in the upcoming T20 World Cup (WC)
