Popularly known as “Jos the Boss”, Buttler is one of the most aggressive T20I batsmen going around. He is one of the most explosive players of this era as well. The English wicketkeeper has been one of the faces of England’s T20I team.

He has scored 2713 runs in 98 T20I innings. His overall average and strike rate in the shortest format of the game are 34.78 and 144.07 respectively. Although his overall record is very good, his performances as an opener are phenomenal, to say the least.

After being promoted as an opener in 2018, Buttler has scored 1673 runs in 44 innings at the top of the order. His batting average and strike rate as an opener are a whopping 49.20 and 152.22 respectively. Thus, he has become way more destructive ever since he started batting at the top of the order.
