Australia features for the second time in this list, and not many can raise eyebrows over the decision. At number three, we put Australia’s retro kit from the 1999 World Cup. The kit had a perfect blend of yellow and green, making it arguably the best Aussie jersey to date.

Like most of the Australian kit’s designs, it was an all-gold uniform. However, what made it stand out is the design of green shooting stars in the middle. The green colour in the collar and cap also looked quite stable. Steve Waugh’s men made justice to the stellar design by lifting the World Cup trophy in that kit.

In 2019, an online poll showed that fans voted this jersey as the best Australian kit ever. Moreover, the current Australian team donned the same retro jersey during the home ODI series against New Zealand last year.
