Led by one of the best batsmen in the business, Virat Kohli, the Royal Challengers Bangalore’s team sheet, especially the bowling line up looks pretty promising before the start of this year’s IPL. The team that has played three tournament finals, but hasn’t won any will be looking to win their maiden tournament in 2020, and their dream does not look un-realistic at all. With the kind of players, they have this season, things look a little loaded in their favour.

Having players like Yuzvendra Chahal, Moeen Ali and Washington Sundar heading the spin department, and stalwarts like Dale Steyn having the responsibility of the pacers, Virat Kohli might see his dream of getting his dream of winning IPL fulfilled in 2020.

And, with Shivam Dube, and Navdeep Saini, playing under Kohli for the national team and doing well, things do look good for RCB. Saini, in the New Zealand tour, looked promising and would be one of Virat’s go-to bowler in the death.

But, the only thing they lack is the presence of overseas, influential pacers, apart from Dale Steyn in their side. While Chris Morris is there, he has had an on-off time and will look to work upon himself, before taking up any mentorship roles. Saini and others, who are not yet experienced, will need some guidance throughout the season, to get the best out of them and, the absence of any could affect their performance in the season substantially.
