Ravindra Jadeja furious over calling him Ajay Jadeja

The star left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja has expressed his anger over calling him Ajay Jadeja who is a former Indian cricketer. Jaddu recently was involved in the Test series against Sri Lanka which India won 1-0 and also equalled the record of Australia for winning nine consecutive Test series. However, Jadeja bowled exceedingly well in the series despite the pitches being the simulation of the upcoming South Africa tour in January and largely favouring the pacers.

Ajay Jadeja was one of the best finishers for Indian cricket in his times and has won the matches single-handedly for his country. He was also the best fielder and occasionally used to bowl his medium pace deliveries. Similarly, Ravindra Jadeja is also an all-rounder and has played a crucial role in the team’s victories. Moreover, he was the highest wicket-taker in 2013 when India triumphed in ICC Champions Trophy. Though he is finding it tough to make it to the limited overs set up now as his performance dipped and the youngsters stepped up at the same time.

Who called him Ajay?

Ravindra Jadeja actually bowled really well in the final day of the third Test against Sri Lanka in Delhi and scalped three wickets. He was the only bowler who looked threatening all the time on a placid track. It seems one of the fans called him Ajay on his way back to the home at the airport which made him furious of not being recognised even after playing international cricket for almost 9 years. Certainly, Jaddu has made the country proud all these years and he is a known personality. This might be an attempt from the random fan to just make a fun of the cricketer which has surely not gone well with him.
