Reports: Mohammad Azharuddin’s son to tie the knots with Sania Mirza’s sister

Mohammad Azharuddin and Sania Mirza are two of the renowned sportspersons in their respective sporting careers. Even as the former was the captain of the Indian cricket team, Mirza is one of the most talented tennis stars India has ever produced. While Azharuddin’s career is over, the 32-year-old Mirza is set to make her comeback after the birth of her son last year.

In the meantime, it has been learned that Azharuddin’s son, Asad, and Mirza’s sister Anam is set to get married, though they are yet to make an official announcement about the same. In fact, it has also been learned that Sania considers Asad her brother-in-law and the same can be comprehended from her Instagram post where she called him ‘family’ with a heart emoticon.

Anam and Asad active on social media

Asad and Anam are pretty much about the status of their relationship and keeps on sharing posts on the social media as per reports in www.latestly.com. Last month, Anam celebrated her birthday and Asad called her ‘most amazing person in my life’. Thereafter, he posted a picture of the two relaxing on a beach in Dubai. In the picture, Anam can be seen sitting close to him.

Anam was previously married to businessman Akbar Rasheed when the duo pledged ones troth on November 2016. Sania Mirza was delighted and she posted a heartfelt picture on Instagram. She captioned it and wrote, ‘My baby is a married woman now, but will always remain my baby sister, I love you @anammirzaak.’ However, the couple went through a rather tough phase and they parted ways in 2018.

Anam Mirza is the proud owner of the fashion outlet The Label Bazaar, even as Asad’s biography on his Instagram handle reads as ‘cricketer, lawyer, traveller’. As far as Sania is concerned, she is married to Shoaib Malik, the 37-year-old veteran Pakistan all-round cricketer and last year gave birth to a boy on October 30, 2018, and named him Izhan Mirza Malik.
