Rishabh Pant changes caption of his Instagram post after being severely mocked
Rishabh Pant got roasted due to his choice of caption on Instagram post.
India’s wicketkeeping-batsman Rishabh Pant is amid all the limelight after his heroics in the Test matches against Australia. The way he handled the crunch situation and led India on the path of victory on the final day of the Brisbane Test was lauded by various big names in the cricket world. However, in the latest turn of events, Pant got roasted by his teammate and India’s ace spinner Yuzvendra Chahal over his choice of the caption with a social media post.
It is a clear-cut fact that Yuzvendra Chahal is known for taking a dig at his teammates and tickling them on the social media world. He doesn’t leave a stone unturned in giving fans a good dose of laughter with his apt sense of humour. Rishabh wore a bright red t-shirt with a cartoon character Tom from the series Tom and Jerry, printed on it.
Rishabh posted his picture with a caption, “How many of you have watched this cartoon ????? #17”
The leggie was in all the mood to troll the youngster and commented that which cartoon he is talking about, Pant himself or the actual character. He commented, “You or Tom bro?”
This was the initial caption
Rishabh Pant was quick to change the caption
After getting roasted big time, Pant changed his caption and got more specific as he added, ‘on the T-shirt’ in it. However, what followed next was just a series of fun and laughter as this time star Afghan spinner Rashid Khan pitched in to mark his presence with a solid comment. He added that he has seen many times both the character and Pant.
Rishabh Pant has been bagging a lot of love from the fans and cricket experts after he turned tables in Australia. Before that time, he was struggling with weight issues and didn’t find a place in India’s limited-overs series against Aussies. He finally got his chance in the team during the Test and never looked back. He recently spoke in an interview that he blocked all the noise from social media and focused on his cricket during his tough times.
