England and India will lock horns against each other for the first Test match kick-starting from August 4. The fans are already all geared up to watch the action unfold. Ahead of this high-octane series, the players are giving it their all. On Friday, July 30, Rishabh Pant posted a picture on his Instagram after his practice session.
Rohit Sharma, all-rounder Axar Patel, and India’s assistant fielding coach Nuwan Seneviratne were also seen posing with Rishabh Pant in the picture. The backdrop of the image is displaying that the players have had a good gym session whilst preparing themselves for the five-match Test series against England. Pant put two weightlifting emojis and a bicep emoticon in the caption of the post.
Pant’s fans and followers reacted to the post by commenting emojis and wishing the keeper-batter all the luck for the upcoming series. Pant recently recovered from Covid-19 and regrouped with the Indian team. A few days back he had shared images of him taking a stroll in Durham and a short reel feeding a horse as well.

While the players are sweating it all hard in the gym and training sessions, they are also keeping themselves entertained by spending some quality time. Rohit Sharma posted a cute picture of Pant recently that was quite liked by a lot of on-lookers. Pant was seen donning a white t-shirt with a design of red rose on it. The funky glares that he sported further added to the cricketer’s dapper look.
Rohit Sharma captioned the image as: “We have our own Badshah here.” Pant commented on the post: “Hahaha kya bhaiya yaar.” Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav too left an interesting comment on the post he wrote: “Our very own Chacha Neharu”
The Indian team, however, is all raring to start their second cycle of the WTC as they take on England in the Test series. Virat Kohli and the company will be all keen to start their campaign on a winning note. The team also played a practice match against the County Select XI in Durham and that is expected to have helped them in understanding the English conditions better.
