Road Safety World Series 2021 schedule announced
After the group stage, the top 4 teams will be up against each other in two semifinals on March 17 and March 18 followed by the final of the marquee event on March 21, Sunday.
The cricket fans should brace themselves for seeing the superstars of yesteryears including the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Zaheer Khan, Brett Lee, Brian Lara, Jonty Rhodes, Yuvraj Singh, and many more once again on their cricket screens as the organizers have decided to host the remaining matches of the inaugural edition of the Road Safety World Series.
The first edition of the tournament was played last year but it had to be stopped midway due to the rise in the number of coronavirus cases in the country. Thus, instead of starting the league from scratch, the authorities have decided to continue from last year only with teams including India Legends, South Africa Legends, West Indies Legends, and Sri Lanka Legends. Australia Legends will miss this tournament, but England Legends and Bangladesh Legends will fill up for their absence.
The tournament will commence from March 5 at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur with Indian legends locking horns against Bangladesh Legends. After the group stage, the top 4 teams will be up against each other in two semifinals on March 17 and March 18 followed by the final of the marquee event on March 21, Sunday.
