Pakistani pace bowler Rumman Raees has emerged out as one of the bright prospects for the national side in the recent times. He has been a part of the ‘process’ that the men in green are undergoing at the moment. The men in green recently beat Sri Lanka in the T20I and the ODI series in the UAE. Prior to that, they had a dream run in the ICC Champions Trophy, where they emerged as the eventual champions beating the strong Indian team in the finals.
Also, the fitness standards of the Pakistani team has improved significantly. Rumman Raees recently spoke about the same in a media interaction. He revealed the key reasons for the development of the fielding standards in the national side. He noted that the players are putting in double efforts these days in order to cope up with the increasing fitness demands of international cricket.

Speaking further on the same note, Raees also revealed the other big secret that has been helping the team in a big way. He cited that the team has started to take their yoga sessions very seriously and that has helped them a great deal too. Raees pointed out that the team actively indulges in doing the early morning yoga sessions. It has helped them become more flexible.
“We have taken out a new trend of ‘yoga’ that has helped us greatly, we are now doing early morning stretching that has increase body flexibility, as well,” Raees mentioned further.
