Ryan Harris – Statistical aspects of a glittering career: Ryan Harris, the Australian speedster announced his retirement yesterday, just a week ahead of the Ashes series 2015, which was supposed to be one of the glorified series of his career. Harris was forced to retire due to his injury on the knee and he would not have made it till the Ashes.

He has been a pivotal player in the Australian line up for over 4-5 years. Also, he has brought glories on a number of occasions for the Aussies in quite a single handed fashion. He would have been a key right arm fast bowler for the Australian side in the Ashes but unfortunately he will be missed out from international cricket from hence. Pat Cummins has been called in as a replacement for him in the series.
