S Sreesanth's ex-girlfriend slams him for disrespecting women
"He is not a great person at all."
Tainted Indian cricketer S Sreesanth is currently plying his trade in the Bigg Boss Season 12, hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan. During the show, Bhuvneshwari Kumari, his better-half, visited the show and got emotional, talking about his husband’s travails. She has been married to the cricketer since December 2013 after staying in a relationship for as long as seven years.
However, the statement didn’t go down well with Nikesha Patel, Sreesanth’s former girlfriend. After listening to the cricketer’s love-life, Nikesha mentioned that he was in a live-in relationship with her when he was dating Bhuvneshwari. She also asked Sreesanth to publicly apologise to her.
Nikesha’s bludgeoning comments
Moreover, she went on to say that he is disrespectful towards women. “He is not a great person at all. He acts like he is the most amazing person in the show. But he does not respect women like he claims he does,” Nikesha was quoted as saying in Bangalore Times.
It was during his time with the national team when Sreesanth’s name was involved with Nikesha, a British Indian TV model and actress. Nevertheless, after he tied the knots with Bhuvneshwari, Nikesha’s name went out of the picture. The duo pledged ones troth at Guruvayur Sri Krishna temple in Kerala in the same year when Sreesanth got himself tangled in the IPL spot-fixing scandal.
In the meantime, S Sreesanth has threatened to leave the Bigg Boss house a number of times, but he recently said that the threats are a part of his tactic to stay put in his position inside the house. His attitude has also earned him with a number of negative reviews.
During his cricketing days, S Sreesanth had the privilege of featuring in India’s squad during their victorious campaign in the 2007 World T20 in South Africa and the 2011 World Cup in the sub-continent. His last competitive match came in the 2013 IPL against Kings XI Punjab.
