The former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has lavished praise on the Chennai crowd for their love and support for him everytime he has been in the city. He has played a lot of games in Chennai at MA Chidambaram Stadium and has scored as many as 5 centuries for India at an amazing average of 88.18. However, this time he is in the second home of MS Dhoni as the co-owner of his Kabaddi team ‘Tamil Thalaivas’.
The ongoing edition of Pro-Kabaddi League is in full swing as the teams are looking to win every match. The Indian stalwart was present in the city to support and motivate his team and win the match. Tamil Thalaivas are playing the 100th match of the season against Puneri Paltan. The format of the competition has been changed this year and is receiving a huge response from the fans.

Sachin Tendulkar has kept himself busy in his post-retirement life and has owned teams in different sports. He is also the co-owner of Kerala Blasters in the Indian Super League, the most followed football tournament in the country. He urged his fans in Chennai to show the same kind of support and love to the Kabaddi team which they showed to the Men in Blue.
“I am really excited to be here to watch the first match of Tamil Thalaivas. Cricket whenever I came and played here, Chennai was always warm, full of love and full of support. All I can tell everyone is join us and let’s support Tamil Thalaivas and enjoy kabaddi,” he said. His team is playing their first game at home this year and the genius looks excited for his boys. The players too might have encouraged automatically by his presence in the stands and would love to win for their owner who is loved across the world.
