The Cricket fraternity and fans lined up in huge numbers to wish India’s Hitman Rohit Sharma on his 35th birthday. One of the most accomplished batters of the modern-day world, Sharma, is currently leading his franchise Mumbai Indians in IPL 2022. Though the batter is currently struggling big time on his individual run (IPL) and captaincy luck wrt to MI’s performance, his list of achievements also stands to be a long one. Apart from big names in the field, Rohit’s better half Ritika Sajdeh also joined the line to wish her husband.
Sajdeh took to her Instagram to post some really adorable pictures of her family and wished her husband a happy birthday. The pictures shared by her displayed the perfect bond between the family and the love Hitman has for his little daughter Samaira. Samaira and Ritika mostly accompany Rohit on his India and international tours and the batter’s wife especially bags attention in the stands with her crossed fingers gesture.

Rohit Sharma-Ritika Sajdeh tied the knot in 2015
After celebrating their years-long relationship, the couple tied the knot in 2015 in Mumbai and Sharma went on to embrace fatherhood in 2018. Apart from Ritika’s latest post, the couple keeps treating fans with adorable pictures of them on social media handles.
Talking of the Nagpur-born cricketer on the professional front, he stands to be the highest run-getter across the world in T20Is with 3313 runs to his kitty, averaging 32.48 with Martin Guptill and Virat Kohli in 2nd and 3rd places respectively. It is also important to note that he is the only cricketer in the world with three double tons to his name in ODI cricket. It was only in a recent while that he was shouldered with India’s all-format captaincy. As of now, the five-time champions MI struggle to bag their maiden win in IPL 2022 under his captaincy.
